Construction of a new 600,000 gallon composite-type elevated storage tank, property acquisition, and SCADA system.
Construction of an increased volume of chemical stored at the water treatment plant.
Widening existing 18' wide street with borrow ditches to a 32' wide collector street with curb and gutter and storm sewer up to 36'.
Construction of 10,800 square feet public shopping pavilion requiring special design considerations for flood protection, air handling, and accessibility for the disabled.
Reconstruction existing pond system, rehabilitation of the 16.5 acre irrigation site, and construction of two lift stations.
Design and construction to increase plant to 0.8 MGD (average) with in-ground concrete tanks.
Replaced existing 4,500 gpm 300 HP high services pump with a new pump at the surface water treatment plant. Included 10 MG excess flow retention basin, ultraviolet light disinfection system sized for 18 MGD, excess flow pump station, influent mechanical bar screen, conversion of existing chlorine contact chamber to aeration basin and enhanced SCADA capability.
